Please note that ALL Hardrace products are designed for off road race use only.

Hardrace Suspension holds no responsibility either implied or otherwise for mechanical, electrical, or other failure when using an aftermarket performance product, and expressly denies such responsibility. Hardrace Suspension makes no representations and assumes no responsibility for the legality of such items. Products sold for off-road use may be illegal in some states, and are intended for vehicles which may never be used on a public road.
Returns/Exchanges
Returns within 7 working days from date of purchase. No change of mind returns will be accepted.
- Refund of purchase price, minus return postage and processing fees (if purchased through third party payment services - AfterPay -7%, ZipMoney -7%, Mastercard -3%, Visa -3%, American Express -3% - *20% restocking fee if applies if applicable)
Strictly no returns/exchanges after 7 days from date of purchase.
Warranty on Hardrace products varies depending on the type of part, individual warranty periods are listed below. Warranty periods commence from the date of purchase. All parts will be replaced if returned under warranty, subject to further investigation. No refunds or exchanges, unless otherwise stated.
- Rubber bushes12 months
- Spherical bushes 12 months
- Adjustable arms, rubber inserts 12 months
- Adjustable arms , spherical inserts 12 months
- Engine mounts 12 months
- Sway bars 12 months
- Billet inserts 12 months
- Chassis brace 12 months
- Ball joints/rod ends/tie rods 12 months
- Coilovers 12 months
Warranty will NOT cover any product which has:
- Been installed/used outside manufacturer’s guidelines.
- The incorrect grade of lubricant or the insufficient amount of lubricant used.
- Accident damages or impacts which may have damaged the unit.
- Been dismantled, modified or misused (excessively worn).
- Not had payment terms and conditions adhered to as mentioned in sections prior.
- Exceeded the warranty terms i.e. passed the warranty date and or excessive kilometres, etc.
- All items must be installed by a licensed mechanic – any product which is installed by an unlicensed workshop or mechanic will not be eligible for warranty or return.
Please allow up to 7 working days for warranty claims to be processed.
Conditions of Returns/Exchanges/Warranty Claims
- Valid TAX invoice from authorised resellers in Australia
- Valid TAX invoice from licensed installers/workshops in Australia
- Accident claims are not covered
- Change of mind returns must be in brand new condition with all packaging intact
